How to organize your Dropbox
- In your Dropbox, make a folder named exactly /listings_inputs (at the top level).
- Inside it, create one subfolder per batch, named by its SKU range:
1-50,51-100,101-150, … - Put each item's photos in the matching subfolder, and end every item with a photo of its SKU sticker - that's how listings get split apart.
- Numbers must be continuous across folders (no gaps/overlaps). The lister always works upward from where it last finished.
- Hit Run next batch. It processes the next clean block of 50, logs it with its CSV, and waits for you to run the next one.
Finished images and a per-batch CSV are written to /listings_outputs in your Dropbox; the combined CSV for this run downloads right here.

How it works
1 The basic lister
- Basic Mode — split the photos into listings yourself.
- SKU Mode — end each item with a printed SKU sticker; the lister splits on it.
- Writes title, description, price, brand, size, condition & measurements.
- Hands you one CSV that imports straight into Depop. Up to 8 photos per listing.
2 Credits
- 1 credit = 1 finished listing. Credits never expire.
- You're only charged for listings that actually finish.
- A batch needs enough credits up front (~1 per 7 photos) or you're asked to top up.
- Balance is top-right; the + or Buy credits opens the packs.
3 Automation
- Install the free browser extension.
- Turn on Auto-upload to Depop in the Automation tab.
- Finished batches drop into Depop's review screen — you publish.
- You always stay in control of what goes live.
